Mambo: Known for its wild yet controlled movements, the Mambo is a fun Latin dance for anyone of any level to learn. In the late 1940s, Perez Prado came up with the dance for the mambo music and became the first person to market his music as "mambo". More recent films such as Dirty Dancing and Mambo Kings have reenergized Mambo in today's dancing. Mambo is a great dance to lose some weight and get a great workout while having fun dancing. | |||
